Richard Le

Dr. Richard Le is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with a focus on comprehensive treatment planning and precision root canal therapy.

Dr. Le’s extensive clinical expertise is grounded in a strong academic foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside (UCR), followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry. During his time at UCSF, he was recognized as a John C. Greene Scholar and contributed to a pilot craniofacial research study in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Following dental school, Dr. Le completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through a joint NYU Langone–UCSF program. During this training, he provided comprehensive, multidisciplinary care within a federally qualified health center, serving diverse patient populations and performing a broad range of operative, oral surgery, and endodontic procedures.

He then pursued advanced specialty training, earning a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics from Boston University’s Postgraduate Division of Endodontics. During this time, he further enhanced his clinical experience through work in private practice, refining his skills in both surgical and non-surgical endodontics. His expertise includes complex retreatments, endodontic microsurgery, and apicoectomies.

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Dr. Le brings a well-rounded perspective to patient care. He began his career as a dental assistant, an experience that shaped his strong commitment to patient education, efficiency, and compassionate care. He is dedicated to delivering culturally responsive treatment and ensuring each patient feels informed and comfortable throughout their care.

Whether performing advanced microsurgical procedures or routine root canal therapy, Dr. Le combines technical excellence with a patient-first philosophy to achieve optimal outcomes and long-term oral health.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Le enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors with his French Bulldog, and exploring new restaurants.
